Our One Year Free Repair Policy covers repairs on all  jewelry up to one year after purchase. 

To request a repair, please use our contact page and be sure to include

• Contact name

• Telephone number 

• Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)

• A brief description of the problem

• A picture of the jewelry 

For purchases over twelve months old, additional fees based on labor and cost of material may apply.  All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges

We offer free exchanges or store credit within 14 days of your order ship date. Because we are a small independent business we do not offer refunds.

Please note that each raw stone featured in our products is natural and unique. Due to the inherent variations in natural materials, the appearance of the stones may differ from the images displayed on the screen. As a result, the raw stones you receive may not look exactly like the picture shown online.
